Cabbage containing 80 % water which is easily decomposed can produce methane gas and can be used as alternative energy.The formation of alternative energy that require mikrooorganisme in reshuffle that is in excrescence banana as a starter.&#xD; The purpose of this research that is, to know the influence of the difference the concentration of local microorganisms (MOL) and long fermentation excrescence the banana (Musa paradisiaca) of methane gas fuel of cabbage (Brassica oleracea L.)Used as a source of studied the biological .Of research in biological laboratories muhammadiyah university malang. Research divided into 3 stage , the first stage of research making a starter mole holm bananas , phase ii solution to making penjerap and phase iii observation to .The research is true experimental research by design research group posttest control design .The study used is random design complete ( ral ) factorials. This research using 40 sample which consisted of six group , 1 the control group with long fermentation 5 day 1 control long fermentation nine days and 4 the treatment group 25 % , 50 % , 75 % and 100 %. Analysis the data used was (Two-Way ANOVA). Using data spektrofotrometri uv-vis with a wavelength 412nm. Test normality use kolmogorov smirnov, test of homogeneity use levene test .After test the assumption , undergone a hypothesis by using (Two-Way ANOVA).&#xD; The research results show that there had been no the influence of the difference of the concentration of microorganisms of foreign currency bank deposits ( mole ) excrescence banana (Musa paradisiaca) and in terms methane gas of cabbage (Brassica oleracea L.). There have been instances of the influence of tampaknya ada komponen kalimat kata long fermentation excrescence banana (Musa paradisiaca) and in terms methane gas of cabbage (Brassica oleracea L.). The results of the hypothesis distinction konsentrasi obtained value sig 0.929 &gt; 0.05 , can be concluded H0 accepted, it means no distinction concentration microorganisms local (MOL) excrescence banana (Musa paradisiaca) of methane content of cabbage (Brassica oleracea L.). There is a difference long fermentation excrescence banana (Musa paradisiaca) of methane content of cabbage (Brassica oleracea L.).
