The sample method used &#xD; is non probability sampling with the type of sampling technique is saturated &#xD; sample. The variables used by researchers are the Work Discipline variable, Non-&#xD; Physical Work Environment, as an independent variable employee performance &#xD; variables and Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable.
