This type of research is descriptive and causal research. The sample method used 
is non probability sampling with the type of sampling technique is saturated 
sample. The variables used by researchers are the Work Discipline variable, Non-
Physical Work Environment, as an independent variable employee performance 
variables and Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable. Research data 
processing is done by using the Statistical Package for the Social Scienses (SPSS 
22). 

The results of this study indicate the variable work discipline associated with 
employee performance with the results of tcount ≥ ttable (1,520 ≥ 1.66123), non-
physical work environment is positively and significantly related to the value of 
tcount ≥ ttable (21,599 ≥ 1.66123), work discipline positively and significant to job 
satisfaction with tcount ≥ ttable (7.191 ≥ 1.66105), positive non-physical work 
environment and significant to job satisfaction with tcount ≥ ttable (3,583 ≥ 1.66105), 
work coordination with tcount ≥ ttable (0.460 ≥ 1.66123)
