  • This study aims whether there is relationship between distributive justice and counter productive work behavior with controlling leader member exchange (LMX). This study was conducted to all sales in Nissan Basuki Rahmat and Nissan HR.Muhammad as subject and totally subject is 43 person, all of them is sales, which 33 sales from Nissan Basuki Rahmat and the rest is sales from Nissan HR. muhammad. The data collector instrument for distributive justice was adopted from Colquitt's study, it composed by 4 items. The data collector instrument for Counterproductive work behavior by CWB quesioner which adopted from Spector's, et.al, study, it composed by 45 items, and data collector instrument for LMX by LMX 7 Quesioner which adopted from Graen and UhlBien's study, which composed by 7 items. Based on the result from data analyzed, there is a negative correlation between distributive justice and counterproductive work behavior salesof Nissan Basuki Rahmatand Nissan HR.
