- Α 75 year-old woman was referred to our institution because of postmenopausal uterine bleeding. Ultrasound assays revealed a large mass of the uterine cervix with diffuse infiltration of parametria and right ureter dilatation. The patient initially underwent a dilatation and curettage procedure with additional cervical biopsies.
