One of the sale strategies that is considered good is customer relationship management using the framework of dynamic. This strategy was introduced by CH Park & YG Kim (2013) based on the waterfall system development method with Context Diagram, DFD, ERD, and the programming languages are PHP and MySQL as DBMS. The result of the analysis showed that this system had several advantages such as supporting the online sales process, offering Cross-Selling and Up-Selling products, providing the latest product information through notifications and providing opportunities for the process of giving and exchanging points to customers who had made a purchase. Additionally, this system also produced several reports including transaction reports, product reports, and customer reports so that it made it easier for shop owners to conduct evaluations to implement sales strategies to the next month
