  • This study aims to: (1) assess and analyze the quality of service and satisfaction and visit of outpatient UPT community health centerof Telo Island Selat District of Kapuas, (2) identify and analyze the relationship between Satisfaction to the visit Outpatient in UPT community health center of Telo Island, (3) Analyze the dominant variables most associated with Outpatient Visits in UPT community health center of Telo Island. This study uses crossectional analysis research designs, samples in this study were 99 respondents. Sampling was conducted by Census / Saturation. Datacollection by using questionnaires. The data were analyzed using Chi-square statistical test. From the research results suggested: (1) quality of service variable to outpatient visit, many respondents stated that it is good and will revisit. (2) There is a relationship between quality of service for outpatient visit with indicators: Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Tangibles. (3) There is a relationship of satisfaction with outpatient visits with indicators: satisfied and dissatisfied. (4) The most dominant variable related to outpatient visits is the quality of service indicators of reliability with Odd Ratio of 3.00. Keywords: Service Quality, Satisfaction, outpatient visits.
