  • Projects have interralated resources, including man, machine, money, material, method, and time if one of these resources experiences an interruption it can cause the implementation of a project to be hampered. These resources must be considered to ensure all resources can run as planned. Delays in project work can be anticipated by accelerating the implementation, but must pay attention to cost factors. Incremental costs incurred are expected to be as minimum as possible and still pay attention to quality standards. Research began by looking for critical path using the Microsoft Project program, then the work item that is in the critical path is accelerated using the Time Cost Trade Off method by making additional working hours and adding labor. Results showed that adding 48 hours of work resulted in a time efficiency of 12.03% and cost efficiency of 0.674%. Addition of 28 workers resulted in time efficiency of 11.28% and cost efficiency of 0.438%. The addition of working hours resulted in the most optimal time and cost efficiency with 16 days project efficiency (12.03%) and project cost efficiency of Rp. 33,868,045.11 (0.674%).
