The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of perceived ease of use and trust towards electronic wallet DANA user customer satisfaction. Descriptive and causal were used as the research design while purposive sampling was used as the sampling technique in this research. This research also used survey method as the data collection. The population in this study are the students of Universitas Negeri Jakarta who have used electronic wallet DANA at least three times during the last six months. The total sample in this study are 200 respondents. A pilot study was conducted on 50 respondents. The analytical tool used in this study were SPSS 25 and AMOS version 21. The results of this study indicate that perceived ease of use has a positive and significant effect on trust, also perceived ease of use and trust has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.
