Corry Yohana, M, M, M.Pd and Nadya&#xD; Fadillah F, S.Pd, M.Pd.&#xD; The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of perceived ease of use and&#xD; trust towards electronic wallet DANA user customer satisfaction. Descriptive and&#xD; causal were used as the research design while purposive sampling was used as&#xD; the sampling technique in this research. This research also used survey method as&#xD; the data collection. The population in this study are the students of Universitas&#xD; Negeri Jakarta who have used electronic wallet DANA at least three times during&#xD; the last six months. The total sample in this study are 200 respondents. A pilot&#xD; study was conducted on 50 respondents. The analytical tool used in this study&#xD; were SPSS 25 and AMOS version 21.
