This paper aims to determine the marketing strategy undertaken by PT Matahari Dept Store Cabang Arion and knowing Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threats in PT Matahari Dept Store Cabang Arion and influence in attracting consumers. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis. By using data gathered through literature studies, observation, and interviews to the PT Matahari Dept Store Cabang Arion. Based on the results of this research is that PT Matahari Dept Store Cabang Arion marketing strategy is to adjust the marketing mix applied by the company that is product, price, place, promotion. The company targets consumers from companies that need or often use produk Matahari mall.
