PENGARUH INNOVATIVENESS DAN PROPENSITY TO TAKE-RISK TERHADAP ENTREPRENEURIAL INTENTION (Studi: Fakultas Ekonomi, Universitas Negeri Jakarta)

- This research has purposes to 1) Knowing description about innovativeness, propensity to take-risk, and entrepreneurial intention; 2) Test empirically the influence of innovativeness toward entrepreneurial intention; 3) Test empirically the influence of propensity to take-risk toward entrepreneurial intention; 4) Test empirically the influence of innovativeness and propensity to take risk simultaneously toward entrepreneurial intention at Faculty of Economy, State University of Jakarta. The analysis implemented in this research are descriptive and explanatory analysis. This research has taken 170 students from State University of Jakarta at Faculty of Economy, while the collection of data using questionnaire and cultivated processed using SPSS 22. The result of regression process showed that innovativeness has a positive and significant relation toward entrepreneurial intention, also showed that propensity to take-risk has a positive and significant relation toward entrepreneurial intention. Innovativeness and propensity to take-risk simultaneously has a positive and significant relation toward entrepreneurial intention, hereby the result Fhitung (89,201) >Ftabel (3,05) and significance value on the F test (0,000 < 0,05). The R2 value is 0,517 or 51,7%. It showed that 51,7% of entrepreneurial intention has been influenced by factors of innovativeness and propensity to take-risk ̧ while the rest of it, 48,3% been influence by the other variable.
