Daftar Isi:
- Liquid organic fertilizer is a soluble solution containing one or more nutrients needed by plants. The combinationwaste of cabbage, chicory, and mustard greens, with the addition of yeast as bioactivator can be processed into liquid organic fertilizer containing macronutrient nitrogen, phosphor, and potassium. The purpose of this research is to know the content of nitrogen nitrogen, phosphor, and potassium of liquid organic fertilizer made from waste of cabbage, chicory, and mustard greens with the addition of yeast as bioactivatorand determine the optimum concentration. This type of experimental research used Posttes-Only Control Design with a quantitative approach. This study usedwaste of cabbage, chicory, and mustard greens, totaling 24fertilizer as samples, which were given fertilizer treatment with concentrations of 0 gr (without yeast), 5gr, 10 gr, 15 gr, 20 gr, and 25 gr.The data obtained were then analyzed using One Way Anova with a significance level of 5% and further tested LSD.The results showed thatthe highest nitrogen content found in P5 treatment is 0,0959% and the lowest content in the treatment of P0 is 0,0351%. The highest phosphorus content was found in the P1 treatment that was 0,0213%. and the lowest content in the P2treatment was 0,0163%. The highest potassium content was found in the P5 treatment that was 0,0920%. and the lowest content in the P3 treatment was 0,059%.Based on the results of the study there is the effect of giving yeast to the macro nutrient content of liquid fertilizer. The higher the yeast dose given the higher the fertilizer nutrient content. Except for the phosphorus element, the amount of yeast dose does not affect the phosphorus content. This is caused by the low nitrogen in the vegetable substrate because the nitrogen substrate influences the increase in phosphorus content.
