- Service to visitors is one of the main factors to improve the quality of shopping and entertainment services. Many competitors in the field of shopping services, encourage companies to be able to provide good quality services in order to meet the interests of visitors. Therefore, there needs to be a review of visitors to improve the quality of service from the company. This research uses CSI and IPA methods. The function of the method is to determine the perceptions and interests and needs of visitors related to the services that have been provided. Based on the results of the study showed 22 attributes that need to be improved quality of service. The questionnaire used is closed with primary and secondary data collection to form an attribute that is in accordance with company conditions.
