The problem of company is the price of raw material which very expensive it makes many supplier of company mix the raw materials because of that must manage the best produce strategy by viewing internal and external of company by using IFAS and EFAS. Good strategy must use the power of opportunity in company beside of that the company must anticipation competitor movement and threat this research is using SWOT analysis as method for knowing the power and weakness companys internal and also opportunity that comes from comapnys external that focusedin the production.
