- The purposed of this studied is to examined the effect of customer experience on customer loyalty with trust as a variable of medication at customer Cafe Travelmie Malang. This study used multiple regression analysis with mediation on 120 respondents who have been determined using purposive sampling technique as a method of sampling by using questionnaires for data collection. The result of this research revealed that experience have positive and significant effect to trust, trust has positive and significant effect to customer loyalty, experience have positive and significant influence to customer loyalty, and customer experience have positive and significant influence to customer loyalty with trust as mediation variable.
