- catfishes dumbo was fisheries products that is widely cultivated in fresh water and favored by the community because of it has savory .In addition catfishes dumbo having many excellence compared to other freshwater fish , as maintenance of easy , its rapid growth , a sense of his flesh that is distinctive and the weft of which high for efficiency. This will be accompanied by the increasing demand of feed .The swordfish is marine fish having a nutrition content is very high and good to be consumed .Nutrition content of the tunny which is good for the body , like by a protein , a mineral , vitamins and others .Protein content of the tunny can reach 67,47 % .This study was conducted in the laboratory fisheries the faculty of fisheries - animal husbandry muhammadiyah university malang. Methods used in research covered this is the method of his experiments with random utilize the complete , in this research there are 5 of the tunny subtitusi flour treatment by different that is 25 % , 50 percent of , 75 % , 100 % and one treatment 0 % .Each treatment repeat four times .Feed was given in the form of pellet ad- dibitum for 40 days . Parameter chief one used covering specifik growth rate (SGR) , the number of consumption fodder (JKP) and efficiency fodder (EP) , next were analyzed using anava and continued with the advanced test duncan multiple test range (DMRT). The results of the study showed that the influence of the provision of feed on fish in the form of influential pellet very real (**) of specifik growth rate ( SGR ) f.hitung 26.58 & gt; of f.tabel 0.05 ( 3,06 ) and f.tabel 0.01 ( 4.89 ) , the number of consumption fodder ( JKP ) f.hitung 9,98 & gt; of f.tabel 0.05 ( 3,06 ) and f.tabel 0.01 ( 4.89 ) and efficiency fodder ( EP ) f.hitung 10,68 & gt; of f.tabel 0.05 ( 3,06 ) and f.tabel 0.01 ( 4.89 ) .The quality of water at this research still optimal temperature ranges 27-29 , pH 7 and oxygen dissolved ( DO ) 4,1-5,1. The conclusion from this research p5 subtitusi flour treatment with the head of the tunny 100 % is the weft of which best with highest sgr 2,09 % , healthcare benefits 114 gr , and the ep 57,39 %
