  • This research aimed to determine consumer loyalty cigarette brand LA Lights. Respondents of the research were students of Muhammadiyah University of Malang. They were still active lectures and taking cigarette LA Lights, totaly 100 respondents. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires, measurement data used the Likert scale approach. Analysis tools used descriptive statistics. Measurement of customer loyalty was measured by five variables, named, the actual behavior variables, variables on brand liking, satisfaction, switching costs and variable commitment. The five variables measured by using a range of scales, to know that the behavior of repeat purchases by consumers consistent, flavour, price, taste does not change, a great distribution channel, costs, time will be wasted and effort to locate and familiarize themself if switching to another brand, influence customer loyalty cigarette brand LA Lights.
