Respondents of the research were students of Muhammadiyah University of Malang. They were still active lectures and taking cigarette LA Lights, totaly 100 respondents. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires, measurement data used the Likert scale approach. Analysis tools used descriptive statistics. &#xD; &#xD; Measurement of customer loyalty was measured by five variables, named, the actual behavior variables, variables on brand liking, satisfaction, switching costs and variable commitment.
