disaster called “Sidoarjo’s Mud Volcano” in 2006. However, this disaster does not
discouraged them. Currently, they still producing various handycraft products, and its
cover their creativity. These activities can help thier whealthiness. There are some
problems facing handycraft home industry in global market competition e.g; 1) managerial
business dificulties especially on administratition and finance governance. 2) Marketing
strategy. Therefore, as an academic, this program is very important and significant to solve
