  • Assessment of performance is one of the things that are important to the company. This is important because all the actions performed in the fabrication can determine the quality of the goods are made. PT. Prima Konstruksi Utama is a construction company engaged in the manufacture of construction of various types of iron and steel. The purpose of this study is to get the criteria and sub-criteria to assess the results of employee performance of fabrication in PT. Prima Konstruksi Utama. The method used to assess the performance of employees is the method Analytical Network Process (ANP), and Rating Scale. Analytical Network Process (ANP) is used to assess each criteria and sub-criteria rating scale while the method used to assess each employee's performance. The results showed the ANP obtained through the weighting of each criterion, namely personality (0.3342), responsibility (0.2533), employment (0.2369) and technical skills (0.1756)the weight of each sub-criteria is behavior / honesty ( 0.1469 ) , loyalty and discipline ( 0.0966 ) , minimizing delay any work station ( 0.0917) , the employment of superiors (0.0876) , the employment of a friend or equivalent (0.0802) , the targets are met ( 0.0767 ) , the speed of time in the completion of tasks ( 0.0753 ), presence (0.0694) , the employment of subordinate ( 0.0691 ) , were able to use , maintain and repair machinery (0.0595) , skills / technical abilities execution of tasks (0.0522) , the implementation of the tasks according to instructions , guidelines and working methods (0.0482) , maintain a healthy workplace (0.0255) , health and appearance (0.021 ).
