Timas Suplindo Serang, Banten). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the quality of non-physical work environment and suitability of compensation to turnover intention on millennial employees through employee work motivation as an intervening variable. The method of this research is quantitative research with a type of probability sampling which amounted to 83 respondents. The analytical method used in this study is path analysis. The research data processing uses the version 20 Statistical Package for the Social Scenario (SPSS) tool. The results showed that the quality of the non-physical work environment had a positive and significant effect on turnover intention with the results of t-count> t-table (2,516> 1,664), the suitability of compensation had a positive and significant effect on turnover intention with the results of t-count> t-table (3,559> 1,664), environmental quality non-physical work has a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation with t-count> t-table (6,788> 1,663), suitability for compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation with t-count> ttable (4,094> 1,663), and employee work motivation has a positive effect and significant for turnover intention with the results of t-count> t-table (2,876> 1,664).
