Under the guidance of H. Sudendi, SE., MM and Vera Maria, SE., MM. This study agreed to determine the effect of transformational leadership style, work environment and organizational culture on employee job satisfaction. Data collection techniques using questionnaires with Likert scale measurements. In this study all populations were used as a sample of 73 respondents using quantitative data analysis methods. The method used in this research is descriptive and the analysis technique is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) by SmartPLS 3.0. the research results using significance of 0.05% concluded That (1) Transformational Leadership Style does not have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction can be seen from t-count <t-table (0.907 <1.994), (2) Work Environment positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction can be seen from the count> t-table (4,201> 1,994), (3) and organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, can be seen from t-count> t-table (2,036 > 1,994) Keywords: Transformational Leadership Style, Work Environment, Organizational Culture and Employee Job Satisfaction
