  • The purpose of this research is to know the work environment have an effect on to job satisfaction, to know organizational culture have an effect on job satisfaction, to know career development have an effect on to job satisfaction and to know job satisfaction influence to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The type of research used in this study is quantitative research with descriptive approach. Quantitative research methods can be interpreted as a research method based on positivism philosophy, used to examine the population or a particular sample, sampling techniques are generally done randomly, data collection using research instruments, quantitative / statistical data analysis with the aim to test the hypothesis has been established. As for the population in this study are employees of DyStar Colors Company Indonesia, based on the Personnel and HR Section, the total number of employees is 65 employees. In this sampling the authors use the sample saturation is the technique of determining the sample when all members of the population used as a sample, so the sample in this study is employees of DyStar Colors Company Indonesia, Banten totaling 65 people. The result of research and discussion is obtained in this research there is influence of applying work environment to job satisfaction show tcount > ttable (2,383> 1,997) with significance level <0,05 this result support hypothesis proposed (accepted). The influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction shows tcount> ttable (3,004> 1,997) with significance level <0,05 this result supports hypothesis proposed (accepted). The effect of career development on job satisfaction shows tcount > ttable (2,253> 1,997) with significance level <0,05 this result supports hypothesis proposed (accepted). The influence of job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) shows tcount> ttable (4,042> 1,997) with significance level <0,05. This result supports the proposed (accepted) hypothesis.
