- This study aims to determine the Influence of Service Quality, Trustworthiness, and Commitment to Customer Loyalty in PD. BPR Berkah Pandeglang. The sample in this research is taken with data collection method called accidental sampling, meaning sampling method which by chance the researcher met with the respondent. The number of samples used is 100 respondents. Data analysis using Multiple Regression Analysis through SPSS Statistic software. Based on the results of research indicate that the quality of service, a significant positive effect on customer loyalty because the value of t-count is greater than t-table that is 2.574 > 1.660. and significant because of the significance value of 0.012 < 0.05. This means that service quality has a significant positive effect on loyalty. This H1 is accepted. Trust has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty because the value of t-count is greater than t-table that is 2,639 > 1,660. and significant because the significance value of 0.010 < 0.05. This means that trust has a significant positive effect on loyalty. This H2 is accepted. Commitment has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty because the value of t-count is greater than t-table is 1.955 > 1.660. and significant because of the significance value of 0.023 < 0.05. This means that commitment has a significant positive effect on loyalty. This H3 is accepted. From the results of research states that Quality of Service, Trust, and Commitment Influence Positive and Significant to Customer Loyalty In PD. BPR Berkah Pandeglang.
