BPR Berkah Pandeglang. The sample&#xD; in this research is taken with data collection method called accidental sampling,&#xD; meaning sampling method which by chance the researcher met with the respondent.&#xD; The number of samples used is 100 respondents. Data analysis using Multiple&#xD; Regression Analysis through SPSS Statistic software.&#xD; Based on the results of research indicate that the quality of service, a significant&#xD; positive effect on customer loyalty because the value of t-count is greater than t-table&#xD; that is 2.574 &gt; 1.660. and significant because of the significance value of 0.012 &lt;&#xD; 0.05. This means that service quality has a significant positive effect on loyalty. This&#xD; H1 is accepted. Trust has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty because the&#xD; value of t-count is greater than t-table that is 2,639 &gt; 1,660. and significant because&#xD; the significance value of 0.010 &lt; 0.05. This means that trust has a significant positive&#xD; effect on loyalty. This H2 is accepted. Commitment has a significant positive effect on&#xD; customer loyalty because the value of t-count is greater than t-table is 1.955 &gt; 1.660.&#xD; and significant because of the significance value of 0.023 &lt; 0.05. This means that&#xD; commitment has a significant positive effect on loyalty. This H3 is accepted.&#xD; From the results of research states that Quality of Service, Trust, and&#xD; Commitment Influence Positive and Significant to Customer Loyalty In PD.
