  • This study was conducted to investigate the effect of Organizational Culture and Work Discipline on the performance of employees through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This study uses a quantitative research in accordance with questionnaires and surveys. Engineering samples of data collection using sampling methods slovin with 54 respondents. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression. SPSS version 20 is a program used in the process and this research. The results showed that organizational culture and not significant positive effect on employee performance. Indicated by the t count > t-table (1.968 > 1.67258), so that H1 is accepted. Partially, Work Discipline is not a positive influence on employee performance. Shown by the T arithmetic < T table (1,118 < 1.67258), so that H1 is rejected. Partially Organizational Culture no positive effect on job satisfaction. This is shown by the results of T arithmetic < T table (0.129 < 1.6749), so that H1 is rejected. Partially, Work Discipline no positive effect on job satisfaction. Shown by the T arithmetic < T table (-1.878 < 1.6749), so that H1 is rejected. Partially, job satisfaction is not a positive influence on employee performance. This is shown by the results of T arithmetic < T table (1.437 < 1.67258), so that H1 is rejected.
