- The purpose of research is to know there is influence between quality of service and advertising to Purchasing Decisions Banking Services on Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch Serang. The method of research are descriptive and associative. To determine the sample, the researchers used 100 samples to make customers of Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch Serang as respondent / sample. Data were analyzed using single regression using IBM SPSS 20 for windows. Meanwhile, to test the hypothesis, research using the t-test. The results of all the calculations, validity test, reliability test, and classical assumption test is fulfilled. In the first hypothesis obtained t-count of 2,154 > t-table 1.9844, and the second hypothesis is obtained t-count of 2.685 > t-tabel 1.98447. Based on these result, so the quality of service and advertising positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions banking services Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch Serang.
