  • The aim of this research is to examine patientâ��s satisfaction for health services provided for in-patient to know which variables is most significantly affecting the patientâ��s satisfaction and to know the position of quality dimensions of the healthcare considered important by PT ASKESâ��s hospitalized patient in the Bethesda Hospital and Dr. Sardjito General Hospital Center by using Importance Performance Analysis method. Sample in this research is about 150 patients of both hospital, or each hospital about 75 patients. Samples taken with the technique of quota sampling with a proportion of the number of patient care in each class. The criteria of the respondents was hospitalized patient with PT ASKES assurance and willing to become respondent by signing a letter of approval (informed consent). Data collected by using a questionnaire that was first tested for its validity and reliability. The conclusion which can be drawn from this research is the position of dimension of quality service which is considered important to PT ASKES patient's that hospitalized in Bethesda Hospital and Dr. Sardjito General Hospital Center in a quadrant analysis. From the determination of categories of the patients between satisfied and dissatisfied the result obtained is that the patient's of PT ASKES in In-patient Instalation of Bethesda Hospital are included in the category of 90.7% satisfied and 9.3% dissatisfied. While the patient's of PT ASKES in In-patient Instalation of Dr. Sardjito General Hospital Center are categorized as 92% satisfied and 8% of dissatisfied patients. The variable have a significant impact on the attitude of respondents for the satisfaction of the inpatient's of Bethesda Hospital is the physical facility and empathy variables. While the influential variables significantly to attitude of respondents for the satisfaction of the patient's hospitalized in is responsiveness variable.
