sepeda motor terbagi menjadi dua macam, yaitu kepuasan emosional yang
didasarkan atas afektif pengguna yang berhubungan dengan selera individual dan
kepuasan atas manfaat. Variabel independen yang digunakan adalah kinerja
operasional, kinerja teknikal dan keandalan operasional. Ketiga variabel tersebut
dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel pengetahuan operasional, disiplin operasional
dan disiplin pemeliharaan. Selanjutnya dengan menggunakan teknik analisis
regresi berganda ditemukan bahwa ketiga variabel independen berpengaruh positif
terhadap kepuasan pengguna, baik kepuasan emosional maupun kepuasan atas
manfaat. Terbukti juga bahwa pengetahuan operasional, disiplin operasional dan
disiplin pemeliharaan memberikan penguatan pengaruh variabel-variabel
independen kepada kepuasan pelanggan., Using factor analysis method found that customer satisfaction is divided into two
kinds, namely emotional satisfaction based on user affective associated with
individual taste and satisfaction with the benefits. The independent variables use were
operational performance, technical performance and operational reliability. The three
variables are influenced by operational knowledge, operational discipline and
maintenance discipline. Furthermore, using the technique of multiple regression
analysis found that the three independent variables positive effect on customer
satisfaction, both emotional satisfaction and satisfaction with the benefits. Also
proved that the operational knowledge, operational discipline and maintenance
disciplines provide reinforcement effect of the independent variables on customer
