The study also tested the role of internal knowledge transfer in mediating the relationship between TQM practices and innovation. The finding use empirical data gathered from 85 faculty and high school leaders in Yogyakarta show that teamwork, autonomy, and process control has positive effect on internal knowledge transfer. Autonomy and process control has positive effect on innovation, while teamwork having no significant effect on innovation.
