- This research aimed to get information about the influence of the application of the learning model of reciprocal teaching against the results of the learning learners on the material kingdom plantae. This research was carried out in class X SMA Negeri 3 Tanjung Raja. The research method used was a Quasi Experimental design with Nonequivalent Control Group Research Design. The determination of sample research using the Random Addition, obtained a sample of research i.e. class X Science experiments as a class 1 and class 2 as the Science X class control. Sample research amounted to 36 people at the experimental class students whereas in control as much as 35 people classroom learners. The data collection method used is the test results of the study and observation of activities and learning occurs. The form of multiple choice question test while the observation is done that is in the form of observation activity andthe implementation of the learning with a model reciprocal teaching. Based on statistical tests using SPSS test the Mann-Whitney U Test, the value of the probability of 0.000 (significance) then H0 hypothesis rejected so learning models pererapan reciprocal teaching effect significantly to the results of the study participants students on the material kingdom plantae class X 1 IPA SMA Negeri 3 Tanjung Raja.
