  • Light rail transit (LRT) Palembang had difficulty in achieving the ticket sales target of 22,568 tickets per day. This is due to the limited ability of Palembang LRT in marketing and disseminating information. Based on this problem, it is needed a marketing strategy that is right on target by making customer segmentation based on departure hours as well as the strategic location of the station and making the Palembang LRT website to display the LRT information that the customer needs. Analytical Customer Relationship Management (CRM) provides a broader picture of the data to be the basic foundation of the strategy to be applied and k-means (KM) clustering is a classification algorithm to find data patterns. This website development is based on the website using PHP programming language. This research develops the Palembang Light Rail Transit (LRT) site which provides information about Palembang LRT and Analytical CRM-based operational data processing to provide in-depth information about the data for effective marketing strategies and advice.
