- Human Resources is the key to success in the company, because the main factor in the company is a quality company to determine the development or progress of the company. Determination of permanent employees at PT. Citra Bumi Sumatera is still not effective, considering the company selection process is still carried out subjectively by the company leadership. Therefore a system is needed to reduce errors obtained. Determination of permanent employees by using a Decision Support System that can greatly help PT. Citra Bumi Sumatera in the process of determining permanent employees using the Profile Matching method which is a method of decision making by assuming an ideal level of predictor variables and a comparison between individual competencies and fixed company standard values. The results of this study provide permanent employee recommendations from alternative companies that have been determined based on the ranking of the Profile Matching calculation.
