  • The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of career development on the job satisfaction of employeesof PT Pos Indonesia (PERSERO) Third Division Chapter Palembang. The population in this study were all employees in PT Pos Indonesia Palembang, which is numbered 130 people and the sample of respondents was 57 people because in this study used the Proportional Random Sampling Method. This study used simple linear regression analysis. The regression test results show that career development has a positive effect and significant on job satisfaction of employees in PT Pos Indonesia (PERSERO) Third Division Chapter Palembang.
