  • This research is entitled "Communication Patterns between Service Providers Buy (Jastip) and Consumers in Shopping Through Instagram (Study of the Communication Pattern of Jastip @ herhabit.jastip with Consumers). Jastip @ herhabit.jastip uses Instagam as one of the media to market the products or goods they sell and also promote their services to buy a product in accordance with the desires of its customers. This study aims to find out how the communication patterns that occur between jastip providers and their customers in buying and selling transactions. This study uses qualitative research methods with descriptive techniques. The theory used is the Communication Pattern Theory that uses three dimensions, namely one-way communication patterns, two-way communication patterns, and multi-way communication patterns. The data used in the form of primary, secondary data and observations obtained through in-depth interviews with the owner and admin of entrusted services and consumers. The results of this study indicate that the communication pattern that occurs between providers of entrusted services with consumers is a two-way communication pattern. This is seen based on the findings of researchers who saw how the communication patterns formed between service providers were bought @ herhabit.jastip with consumers who communicated through social media while conducting transactions, so that an agreement was reached from both parties.
