- The purpose of this study was to make a decision support system in the process of non-cash assistance using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method in the Lubung Gajah Village of Palembang. As the background that was issued was Because Poverty is a problem that still exists by some Indonesian people, the community especially in the Lebung Gajah Village, Palembang City. Poverty is a condition of the inability of individuals / community groups to fulfill their daily needs, both physical and economic conditions. Non-Cash Food Aid is social assistance in the form of non-cash provided to poor families so that they can improve their level of social welfare. This assistance consists of materials or equipment to support productive economic efforts. The method used in the Supporting System for the Decision to purchase non-cash food assistance is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The method chosen because the AHP method is a form of decision support model of equipment that supports hierarchies Based on the criteria used in this study, namely home status, home status, evaluation, employment and number of dependents. The results of this study are expected to be able to help the Lebung Gajah Palembang Village Office in the decision making process using the Process Hierarchy Analysis method, the system can carry out any discussion agreed upon by the family receiving assistance based on agreed criteria, for the information obtained is more precise and accurate.
