  • This thesis discusses the application of Internet-based learning media to improve the learning outcomes of grade V students in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Hidayah Kota Jambi. The purpose of this research is to determine how the process of implementing Internetbased learning media, supporting factors and obstacles faced by teachers in the application of Internet-based learning media, and efforts to overcome obstacles in implementing Internet-based learning media to improve the learning outcomes of grade V students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Hidayah, Jambi City. This research uses qualitative approach. Data collection using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research conducted by the researchers are as follows: 1). The process of implementing Internet-based learning media in improving student learning outcomes V. 2 class at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Hidayah Kota Jambi Is at the time of the thematic learning process, must be prepared in advance all the teaching materials will be taught to students such as interesting material in the form of pictures, videos etc, so that students are interested in the lessons we will give. Can be display in the form of power points or with other forms such as accessing directly the website on the Internet that contains the materials of the teaching materials. 2). Supporting factors for using Internet-based media is the presence of Internet access and also the facilities and infrastructure there such as computer lab room and also other supporting tools such as Infokus, speakers and the display of the projector. The obstacles faced by teachers in using internet based media are limited facilities and infrastructures, because the infoware and speakers are only in computer labs, while computer labs cannot be used continuously, because Should alternate with other classes that are preferred to the hours of ICT lessons that use the computer lab to study students. It can only be used when there are no hours of ICT lessons and are not used with other classes. 3). Conclusion of the effort or solution of the medium of infrastructure that is the teacher trying to use the media that existed first though rarely use because of the limitations of tools and rooms used alternately with other classes. And from the Madrasah will also try to complement the facility to support the maximum teaching and learning process activities.
