Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi Kerja,
Disiplin Kerja dan Pelatihan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT.Intertel Media Prima.
Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survey Desktiptif. Populasi seluruh
karyawan PT.Intertel Media Prima berjumlah 100 Responden dengan teknik
Propotional Statified Random Sampling. Analisis data dengan uji Regresi Linier
berganda mengunakan SPSS versi 21. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa
Motivasi Kerja,Disiplin Kerja dan Pelatihan berpengaruh Positif dan Signifikan
terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Variabel Motivasi Kerja merupakan variabel yang
paling besar pengaruhnya terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, sehingga disarankan
PT.Intertel Media Prima perlu memperbaiki motivasi Kerja demi hasil yang baik.
Kata Kunci : Motivasi kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Pelatihan, Kinerja Karyawan .

ABSTRACT

This study aims to analyze the effect of Motivation work, Discipline Work
and Training on Employee Performance of PT. Intertel Media Prima. This type of
quantitative research with descriptive survey method. The population of all
employees of PT. Intertel Media Prima is 100 respondents with the Propotional
Statified Random Sampling technique. Data analysis with multiple Linear
Regression test using SPSS version 21. The results of this study indicate that
Motivation Work, Discipline Work and Training have a positive and Significant
effect on Employee Performance. Motivation Work Variable is the variable that
has the biggest effect on Employee Performance, so it is recommended that PT.
Intertel Media Prima needs to improve Motivation Work for good results.
