KOMITMEN ORGANISASI DILIHAT DARI PERSPEKTIF MOTIVASI, LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN KEPEMIMPINAN (Studi Kasus Vinnci Car Leather Seat)

- This study discusses Organizational Commitment Regarding Motivation, Work Environment and Motivation Perspectives at the Vinnci Car Leather Seatcompany. Data was obtained through a survey at the Vinnci Car Leather Seatcompany by obtaining a questionnaire for all Vinnci Car Laether Seat employees as many as 68 respondents. The sampling technique uses saturated samples where the entire population is sampled in the study. The results showed that Motivation had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, the Work Environment had a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment, Leadership had a positive and not significant effect on Organizational Commitment. Keywords: Motivation, Work Environment, Leadership, Organizational Commitment, Vinnci Car Leather Seat Penelitian ini membahas mengenai Komitmen Organisasi Dilihat Dari Perspektif Motivasi, Lingkungan Kerja dan Motivasi pada perusahaan Vinnci Car Leather Seat. Data diperoleh melalui survey di perusahaan Vinnci Car Leather Seat Tangerang dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada seluruh karyawan Vinnci Car Laether Seat sebanyak 68 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampling menggunakan dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi, Kepemimpinanberpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi.
