EVALUASI PELAYANAN BANGUNAN TROTOAR TERHADAP KETERPAKAIAN DAN KENYAMANAN PEJALAN KAKI (Studi Kasus Jalan Melawai Keb. Baru Jakarta Selatan)

- Melawai street is a secondary collector road located in the Blok M area, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta. As an area which is a center for secondary activities it certainly has various functions such as offices, trade, services and close to settlements that have high attraction and traffic. In addition, the Blok M region, especially Melawai street, is one of the priority roads for handling pedestrian paths. After the revitalization of the sidewalks on Melawai street there are several problems that arise such as the conversion of pedestrian lanes which are used as a place of sale and illegal parking. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the service of the sidewalks on Melawai street with respect to wear and comfort of pedestrians. This research is carried out by conducting surveys and measurements of the physical sidewalks such as dimensions, supporting facilities, sidewalk surface conditions and so on, while also using the Importance Performance Analysis regarding the performance of sidewalk services. Based on the results of the analysis obtained from the survey, the fulfillment of the conditions contained on the sidewalk is in accordance with the guidelines issued by the government, while the analysis with the Importance Performance Analysis method is the addition of a place of protection against rain and the addition of plants to reduce noise on the sidewalk. Keywords: Pedestrian-Ways, Wear and Comfort, Importance Performance Analysis Jalan Melawai merupakan jalan kolektor sekunder yang berada di kawasan Blok M, Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta Selatan. Sebagai kawasan yang merupakan pusat kegiatan sekunder tentu memiliki berbagai fungsi seperti perkantoran, perdagangan, jasa serta dekat dengan pemukiman yang mempunyai daya tarik dan lalu lintas yang cukup tinggi. Selain itu juga kawasan Blok M khusunya Jalan Melawai merupakan salah satu jalan yang diprioritaskan untuk penanganan jalur pejalan kaki. Setelah adanya revitalisasi terhadap trotoar di Jalan Melawai ada beberapa masalah yang timbul seperti alih fungsi jalur pejalan kaki yang digunakan sebagai tempat jualan serta parkir liar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi pelayanan dari trotoar yang ada di Jalan Melawai terhadap keterpakaian dan kenyamanan pejalan kaki. Penelitian ini dengan melakuakan survei dan pengukuran terhadap fisik trotoar seperti dimensi, fasilitas pendukung, kondisi permukaan trotoar dan lain sebagainya, selain itu juga menggunakan analisa Importance Performance Analysis terkait kinerja pelayanan trotoar. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang didapat dari survei, pemenuhan syarat yang terdapat pada trotoar sudah sesuai dengan pedoman yang dikeluarkan oleh pemerintah, sedangkan untuk analisa dengan metode Importance Performance Analysis yaitu penambahan tempat perlindungan terhadap hujan dan penambahan tanamantanaman untuk mengurangi kebisingan di trotoar.
