This research aims to determine whether there is influence of job rotation to job satisfaction on the police officers of Turjawali unit at the Polres Metro South Jakarta. The population were all police officers in Turjawali unit Polres Metro South Jakarta. The sampling method used is simple saturation sampling with n =57. The scale which measure job rotation variable consisted of 15 items and it was adapted from Mohan and Gomathi (2015) and the scale of Job Satisfaction variable consisted of 22 items and it was adapted from Spector (1994). The result of the research shows that there is a significant influence between job rotation to job satisfaction, where the job rotation contribute 23% to the job satisfaction on the police officers of Turjawali unit at the Polres Metro South Jakarta.. Therefore the results of the study concluded the influence of job rotation to job satisfaction on the police officers of Turjawali unit at the Polres Metro South Jakarta. Keywords : Job Rotation, Job Satisfaction Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh antara rotasi kerja dengan kepuasan kerja aparat kepolisian di unit Turjawali Polres Metro Jakarta Selatan. Subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah anggota aparat kepolisian di unit Turjawali Polres Metro Jakarta Selatan. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh dengan n = 57. Alat ukur variabel rotasi kerja terdiri dari 15 butir yang diadaptasi dari skala Mohan dan Gomathi (2015) dan alat ukur kepuasan kerja terdiri dari 22 butir yang dimodifikasi dari skala Spector (1994). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara rotasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, dimana rotasi kerja berkontribusi sebesar 23% terhadap kepuasan kerja aparat kepolisian di unit Turjawali Polres Metro Jakarta Selatan. Oleh karena itu hasil penelitian menyimpulkan adanya pengaruh rotasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja aparat kepolisian di unit Turjawali Polres Metro Jakarta Selatan.
