The purpose of this study is to find out 1) Description of motivation, career development and job satisfaction of members of the National Police Education and Training Center, 2) The influence of motivation on job satisfaction on members of National Police Education and Training Center, 3) The effect of career development on job satisfaction on member of the National Police's Lemdiklat. This research was conducted on 109 members of the National Police Education and Training Center. Data collection techniques using survey methods by distributing questionnaires, processed using multiple regression. The findings of this study indicate that the motivation research model shows that there is a positive and significant effect between motivation on member job satisfaction, there is a positive and significant influence between career development on job satisfaction, and the motivation and career development research model can predict job satisfaction of members of the National Police Education Training Center.
