Jakarta State University&#xD; The purpose of this research is: 1) to find out description of the influence of training&#xD; and competence to improving employee performace in employment ministries, 2) to&#xD; find out the influence of training on employee performace in employment ministries,&#xD; 3) to find out the influence of competence on employee performace in employment&#xD; ministries, 4) to find out the influence of training and competence can predict&#xD; employee performace models. This research conducted on 105 employee on staff of&#xD; the employment ministry. The method used in the research is descriptive analysis&#xD; and explanatory survey.
