Toward Customer Satisfaction To Create Repurchase Intention Among Shopee

The outline of this research is to analyze the effect from website quality toward
customer satisfaction, trust toward customer satisfaction, website quality toward
repurchase intention, trust toward repurchase intention, and customer satisfaction
toward repurchase intention. Data used was primary data with survey collection
method and questionnaire instrument. This reserach used 200 sample with
criteria at least conducted transaction more than 2 times. Location of this
research is Jakarta except Kepulauan Seribu. Analysis data technique using
structural equation modelling(SEM) with tools SPSS 24& SPSS AMOS 24. The
result of this study are,website quality positively affect customer satisfaction and
repurchase intention, trust positively affect customer satisfaction and repurchase
intention, also customer satisfaction positively affect repuchase intention.
