This research purpose to: 1) describe the experiential marketing provided by the Pusat Belajar Ekonomi (PBE) at the Fakultas Ekonomi, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. 2) describe customer satisfaction the Pusat Belajar Ekonomi (PBE) at the Fakultas Ekonomi, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. 3) To find out the influence of experiential marketing on customer satisfaction in the the Pusat Belajar Ekonomi (PBE) at the Fakultas Ekonomi, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. In this study the data collection methods used were Library Studies and Questionnaires. The sample used was 114 respondents who had visited the Pusat Belajar Ekonomi (PBE). The data analysis method used is simple linear regression analysis. From the results of the study it can be seen that the experiential marketing variables affect customer satisfaction. This is based on the test results of the determination coefficient of 0.537 (53.7%). Keywords : Experiential Marketing, customer satisfaction
