- ABSTRACT This research’s aims to analyze competitiveness in automotive company, where in this case the author was researching about PT. Krama Yudha Tiga Berlian Motors. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with internal analysis approach where data are processed using Porter’s Five Force analysis and SWOT analysis in strengths and weaknesses indicators and with external analysis where the data are processed by using Perceptual Maping analysis and SWOT Analysis in threats and opportunities indicator to get a competitive strategy formulation and define alternative strategies to compete. The total value of the weighted Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) amounting to 3.85 and External Factor Evaluation (EFE) of 3.89 identify that PT. KTB positions above average and after treated with internal and internal evaluation matrix, PT KTB is in quadrant II with competing strategies is diversification.
