The purpose of this research are: 1) To determine whether value affect positifely to visit intention to Komodo Island. 2) To determine whether attitude affect positifely to visit intention to Komodo Island. 3) To determine whether value affect positifely to motivation. 4) To determine whether value affect positifely to motivation. 5) To determine whether motivation affect positifely tovisit intention to Komodo Island. In order to collecting data, this study using survey with questionnaire as it‟s instrument. Object of this study is 300 respondents ever or never visiting Komodo Island. To analyze and process the data, this study use Amos version 22 and SPSS version 24. The result shows that the value have positive effect on the intention of visiting, the attitude have positive effect on the intention of visiting, the value have positive effect to motivation, the attitude of positive influence to motivation and motivation have positive effect on the intention of visiting.
