This study aims is to investigate the influence of perception of parenting style and motivation to study on student performance. The subject in this study is students were eleventh grade of accounting program in Vocational High School 14 Jakarta with population 84 students. Method of data collection by questionnaire/poll and documentation. Validity of questionnaire carried by grain analysis using product moment correlation and reliability testing using cronbach alpha formula. Data were analyzed by multiple regression analysis which previously performed the prequisite test analysis includes tests of normality, linearity, multicolinearity and heteroskedasticity. The Results are: 1) there is a positif and significant effect between perception of parenting style and motivation to study on students performance in eleventh grade of accounting program vocational high school 14 Jakarta with determination correlation 52,4%, 2) there is a positif and significant effect between perception of parenting style on students performance, 3) there is a positif and significant effect between motivation to study on students performance.
