- Business’s competition in the world make the mobility of people in Indonesia more diserve. To impove the quality of human resources required the existence of national development policies, especially the development of manpower. Employment development is undertaken by establishing labor social security programs. This will spur employee motivation and employee performance so that the company can grow well. This study aims to explain the significance of labor social security to work motivation, social security of labor to employee performance, work motivation on employee performance and indirect effect of social security of labor on employee performance through work motivation. This study uses a quantitative approach. This study uses qustionnaires with the number of respondents 75 permanent employees. Analysis of data used using path analysis processed using Spss for windows ver 20.00. The social security program consists of four programs: work accident, death, old age, and health care benefits have been provided in accordance with the company’s employee procedures. With the increase of work motivation owned by employees it will affect the high performance of the employees. It is proved that social security variable of labor, work motivation shows the existence of positive and significant influence to employee performance variable when tested by using path analysis. So majority employees of PG Kebon Agung Malang agree and respond positively with the company’s jamsostek program.
