- This research objectives are to measure farmer's perception towards community development programme, to describe some reasons why farmers following the programme, and to compare vegetable farming income before and after following the programme. The data has been collected on August still September 2006 at Tanjung Seteko village. The research method that is used in this research is case study, while the method which is used to take sample is cencus to all member of The KSM Putri Sawit that were 15 farmers. Data was described by scoring to some indicators of perception farmers variables, and than comparison vegetable farming income was analized by student test. The result of this research shows that the average score of farmer's perception toward community development programme were midle catagories, whit average score 11,60 (score rannge 5,00-15,00). The reasons farmers following programme were to add farming size, to add capital, to add incomes, to thought exchange, and to ged guidance. Value different vegetable farming income before and after programme was Rp.797.760,00 per hectare, whit student test showed that there's significant.
